We feel strongly that each commission is a personal investment, capable of working to your unique physique and lifestyle, therefore a discussion over drinks is always key to understand you and your garment requirements so we can add our spin to it and ensure the consultation goes down a congenial path.

This is a virtual consultation led by a specialist via video call to guide you through the process, enabling you to personalise the garment according to your preferences. This stage makes the garments truly yours and includes choosing your desired fabrics, lining and trimmings, to the finer details such as lapel and pocket choices. We finish this stage by selecting the special elements of your garment, such as the font for any monogramming, side adjusters, trouser pleats, or jacket pick-stitching. These final touches make your garment unique, hand-crafted and truly yours, completing your Marquess experience.

Now you can relax and let us do our thing! Our experienced tailors will have all the information they need and will gauge the correct balance between style, comfort and body postures during your fitting, in person. This is an interactive process, as we understand your lifestyle and get to know how you will wear the made-to-measure garments and like them to fit. It takes more than standard measurements to achieve an impeccable fit. This stage typically takes around 45 minutes and leads us to the end of your fitting.

Behind every masterpiece lies refinement. Your high quality garment comes back after 4-6 weeks of production, our expert tailors then review your garment on you to analyse its compatibility with your posture, back shape, body movement and fit preference. Adjustments will then be made to those small yet significant details, resulting in the optimal fit you dreamed of! Your Marquess journey has begun.
